Welcome Back!

We're so excited to be working with you again.

The good news is you're not starting from scratch—we already know your business, your brand, and much of what makes you unique. This questionnaire isn't about relearning who you are; it's about understanding what's changed since we last worked together and where you want to go next.

Whether your business has grown, your goals have shifted, your services have evolved, or your current website simply no longer reflects who you are today, your answers will help us design a website that supports this next chapter of your business.

As before, there are no right or wrong answers. The more insight you can share, the better we can create a website that feels like you and helps you achieve your goals.

A thoughtful questionnaire leads to a better website. Take your time with your answers—we use them to guide everything from the site's structure and messaging to its design and visibility. If you're unsure about a question, that's okay! Give us your best answer, and we'll discuss it together during our website strategy workshop.

Project Point Person

We ask that for each project we have one designated point person. If you are working with a team the point person will collect all of the team's feedback and consolidate notes to send to us. Having a point person makes this whole process a lot faster - trust us!

Calm & Grounded

Energetic & Expressive
Professional & Established

Ahead of our website strategy workshop, we want to give you a few prompts to start getting your wheels turning. These are meant to help us hit the ground running and make the most of our time together. The following are some thought-starters to get you in the right headspace. No need to come with polished answers as many of the questions overlap — just start noodling on these so we can have a conversation:

  • What’s the overall vibe/impression of your brand?

  • When someone interacts with your brand, how do you want them to feel?

  • What’s your business/organization's purpose — why do you exist?

  • What's your website's purpose — is it different from your business's purpose?

  • How do you want your brand to be perceived?

  • What sets you apart from your competitors?

Style Inspiration

Please provide at least 3 websites you like the look and feel of in relation to how you want your redesign to look. These websites can be in your field or not! Anything you like that can give us a sense of your style to draw inspiration. These examples help us understand your preferences for the new website. They are not intended to dictate your final design.

If you have more websites you'd like to show us, please have them prepared at the meeting to review.

Please list at least 1 competitor website. We understand they might not be a direct competitor but someone else in your field.

Whether you love or hate their websites, it’s helpful for us to know who they are and there might be a new competitor since we last designed your site. While their design might not steer our direction much, understanding their online presence is important for SEO and strategic positioning.

SEO & Online Visibility

Because we're redesigning your website, we'd like to check in on your online visibility goals. We already know your business well, but things change—new services, new markets, new competitors, and new customer questions all influence how people (and AI) discover your business.

Your words, not ours!

If so, which services would you most like to promote?

Has the language your customers use changed? Are there new services or specialties you'd like to emphasize?

Have your service areas or target markets changed?
Yes
No

We're talking about location here, not target audience!

Have you noticed any changes in your online visibility?
Do you want the UserWay Accessibility widget added to your website?
Yes
No

We highly recommend the free verison. More information about UserWay is available on their website.

Do you want to include a cookie consent popup?
Yes
No

It is not required to have this statement in the US but Wix does collect your user's cookies.

A favicon is a small icon, often a brand's logo, that appears in a web browser's tabs, bookmarks, and address bar to visually identify a website.

Anything else?

This could be fun things your company does or something you think is important to feature on the homepage. We will discuss it in our meeting.
