Established in 1962, Chatham Conservation Foundation, Inc.(CCF) is Cape Cod’s first land trust. As you might expect from an organization that’s been around for a bit, their website was looking a little old and worn. They wanted a “facelift”, to be sure, but equally pressing was the fact that the website was really only being visited by those who knew it existed. CCF was interested in attracting new visitors to the site - both visitors to Chatham and newer residents who might be interested in supporting CCF’s mission. Chatham is a world-renowned vacation spot and CCF manages many 5 wonderful walking trails and 5 restoration projects all within the confines of the town. Certainly, both residents and vacationers would love to know about these resources, right? CCF needed to both restructure their website to educate a newer audience and pay some attention to SEO.
Using the natural beauty of Chatham, we were able to create a welcoming website that educates the public about all of CCF’s endeavors: Those hiking trails, the restoration projects, native plant education resources, and more.

It was such a pleasure working with Socially Adept Solutions! One month into redesigning our new website, our internal web manager moved on, leaving the project in the hands of folks who did not have a lot of experience with web design or management, and were taking on this project on top of their "real" jobs. Maddie and Jody to the rescue! They were infinitely patient with our learning curve and slower-than-anticipated timeline. We are so grateful for their help and support and are just delighted with the new look and functionality offered by the new site!
