The Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC), which officially opened in 2020, provides regional manufacturers and STEM businesses with advanced R&D equipment, state-of-the-art lab and training facilities, and collaboration opportunities with BIC's renowned research partners, as well as internship and apprenticeship programs for local students. Operationally, the BIC is a membership model designed to be self-sustainable and private-sector driven.

BIC is one of those unfortunate businesses that launched just as COVID hit. With an amazing facility and business model, BIC needed its website to match the extraordinary innovation level that was happening on-site, along with spreading the word about their offerings post-covid. With a massive amount of educational opportunities available, BIC’s website needed to effectively market to potential patrons while also acting as a resource for existing business members.

Customizations for BIC included a custom bookings form for member businesses to select a meeting space or classroom to book, and to easily convey their needs for their gathering (A/V equipment, catering services, etc.)
